Welcome, Pofessor Dr. David Greer!

David comes to us from Rochester Christian University, where he served for many years as a Professor of History and held several faculty leadership positions. He also brings a long familiarity with Croatia’s culture, language, and people. In the early 1990s, during the region’s wars, David lived in Zagreb, where he served as a humanitarian relief coordinator with Kristova crkva (Church of Christ). He and his wife Branka, who met as co-workers in the church’s ministry to refugees and married in Zagreb, have since continued to visit Croatia frequently. Now they will be returning “home” to serve in new ways!

David’s academic background and experience will be a valuable addition to our team and will strengthen our work in several important areas.

At the Biblical Institute, David will contribute to:

· Teaching – developing and teaching courses, particularly in church history and related areas.

· Research – contributing to our research projects and helping further develop our research work

· Administration – assisting with the Institute’s leadership, planning, and organizational responsibilities.

We believe David’s gifts, experience, and commitment will make a significant contribution to our mission of equipping evangelical churches and individuals for ministry through education, research, and quality resources.

David is currently in the United States, raising additional financial support for this important work in Croatia. We invite our friends, colleagues, and supporters to pray for him and consider partnering with him as he prepares to serve at the Biblical Institute.
